If you need help when we are closed
Outside of normal surgery hours emergency GP cover is provided via NHS 111.

You can access urgent assistance by going to 111.nhs.uk or calling 111. Your medical situation will be assessed and the most appropriate action taken to help you. This could simply be by offering advice or, where necessary, by making arrangements for you to be seen by a doctor.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
In genuine emergency cases only, you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
How to make a complaint
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can sometimes go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
For quality and monitoring purposes, it is the policy of the Practice to request that all formal complaints be submitted by ringing the practice, and asking to speak to the Practice Manager. We will acknowledge all complaints and endeavour to provide a written response within a timely period, allowing for any necessary investigation to take place.
